Application requires a positive or 0.0 security rating, no posted bounties, a positive standing with the Caldari State, and at least a 0.50 on the Corporate Standings Scale with Kaalakiota, Lai Dai, Wiyrkomi, and/or their subsidiaries. Reasonable standings with the Chief Executive Panel are preferable. Deviations from these criteria will be entertained on a case-by-case basis, and never for anything too glaring.
